Previously held the position of Regional Chief Officer at Lowe Lintas where Joy led campaigns for notable brands such as Thums Up, HP, Pernod Ricard India, Cargill Foods, Housing.com, Upstox, Philips Lighting, Dollar Industries, and Veedol Lubricants.


He spearheaded the efforts with the agency CEO and CSO to win the Thums Up account in a highly-contested pitch to break a 25-year existing relationship. Joy added the aspect of 'Magnanimity' to the brand idea of 'Masculinity' for Thums Up.


Joy has also led the work for two years on the anchor agency business for Google. His work for Google Railwire #StoriesFromTheStation was a Cannes 2019 Finalist. Joy believes in adding a socially-meaningful dimension to the brand idea wherever relevant. Some of his key relationships include Thums Up (Coca-Cola), HP (Printers & Laptops), Pernod Ricard India (brands - Absolut, Blenders Pride, House of Seagram, Glenlivet, Jameson & Royal Salute), Cargill Foods, Housing.com, Upstox, Philips Lighting, Dollar Industries, and Veedol Lubricants.
