Formerly the Chief Creative Officer (CCO) of Dentsu Webchutney until 2022, PG Aditiya is currently focused on establishing Talented, an independent creative agency that emphasises employee ownership. This venture is a collaboration with Gautam Reghunath, the former CEO of Dentsu Webchutney, and the core team from the Unfiltered History Tour project.
Throughout his career, PG Aditiya has made significant contributions to enhancing India's reputation at esteemed festivals like Cannes Lions, The One Show, and Spikes Asia. Notable campaigns including Swiggy's Voice of Hunger, Swiggy Instamart's The Better Half Cookbook, and Flipkart's Hagglebot have played a key role in achieving this recognition. PG Aditiya has garnered several accolades, including being named Creative Person of the Year by Campaign Magazine, securing the top spot as APAC's #1 CCO by the One Show, and earning the title of Creative Agency Leader of the Year by the IAA.
