P. G. Aditiya

Aditiya is the Co-founder and Chief Creative Officer at Talented, a creative agency he initiated with Gautam Reghunath.


Before Talented, Aditiya was the Chief Creative Officer at Dentsu Webchutney, where he also achieved the title of 'India's Youngest National Creative Director' of a network agency, and was ranked among 'One of the 10 Bravest Creative Agencies on the Planet' by Contagious Magazine.


The creative teams led by him have helped bag the highest tally for India at Cannes Lions & Spikes Asia (India’s first awards in Social & Influencer and Creative E-commerce, including a Grand Prix at Spikes Asia), The One Show, winning the Kyoorius Black Elephant two years in a row. Aditiya himself has won the titles of "Creative Person of the year" by Campaign in 2019, APAC's #1 CCO by the One Show, and "Creative Agency Leader of the Year" by the IAA. He has also, twice in a row, spoken at the Cannes Lions, representing the advertising landscape of India and making us all proud.


Aditiya's storytelling is bold, confrontational and unmissable. He speaks of things society is too shy to address, and initiates a real change through the craft of creative advertising. With an incredible understanding of both client briefs as well as the audience's psyche, he leaves behind stories that do more than just selling a product–ensuring that the brand's ethos is understood and aligned with the masses.
