Piyush Pandey

Piyush Pandey is a renowned Indian advertising veteran and former Global Cheif Creative Officer at Ogilvy. In January 2024 he stepped into an advisory role.

He is widely considered one of the most influential figures in Indian advertising and has played a significant role in shaping the advertising industry in India.

Pandey began his advertising career with Lintas India in 1982 and joined Ogilvy India in 1994. He has worked on a wide range of high-profile campaigns for brands such as Cadbury, Fevicol, Asian Paints, and Vodafone, among others. Pandey is known for his creative excellence and has won numerous awards for his work, including numerous Cannes Lions, D&AD, and One Show awards.

In addition to his work in advertising, Pandey is also a prolific author and has written several books, including "Pandeymonium: Piyush Pandey on Advertising" and "The Making of a Brand: Asian Paints". Pandey has also served as the National Creative Director for Ogilvy India and has been instrumental in establishing Ogilvy India as one of the leading advertising agencies in the country. Piyush also becomes the first indian to be bestowed with legent award by LIA.
