Pratik Shetty is the Vice President – Growth and Marketing at Flipkart, where he leads the brand’s growth charter and integrated marketing strategy across one of India’s largest and most influential digital commerce platforms.


An IIM Ahmedabad alumnus, Pratik began his career with Mondelēz International, where he spent several formative years building some of India’s most iconic FMCG brands. As a Brand Manager, he was responsible for end-to-end brand strategy, media planning, sales activation, and brand expansion for marquee names such as Cadbury 5 Star, Cadbury Celebrations, Perk, and Bournvita. He later transitioned into a Category Manager role, where he led the strategic roadmap for the chocolates portfolio—overseeing growth planning, innovation pipelines, communication strategy, and new product development.


Pratik joined Flipkart in 2023 as Senior Director – Marketing, and currently spearheads the company’s growth and marketing mandate, including large-scale 360-degree campaigns, brand-building initiatives, and performance-driven programs that sit at the intersection of creativity, culture, and commerce.


With 15 years of experience across consumer marketing and sales, Pratik brings a strong blend of brand love and business rigour. He has been part of leadership teams behind campaigns that have earned multiple global creative and effectiveness awards, including contributing to work that won India’s first Titanium Lion at Cannes. He has also been recognised as one of Brand Equity’s Top 25 Young Marketers in India.
