Bianca Guimaraes is a Founding Partner and Executive Creative Director at Mischief USA, known for creating culturally impactful work that pushes both brands and conversations forward. Her portfolio spans campaigns that have reshaped how global brands engage with audiences and address complex social issues. Her work has earned over 100 international awards, establishing her as a distinctive creative voice in the global advertising landscape.


She began her career in São Paulo with junior art director roles before moving to New York to join JWT as an Art Director. She later spent six years at BBDO, where she rose through the ranks from Senior Art Director to SVP, Creative Director, working on some of the industry’s most recognised campaigns. She went on to become a Founding Partner and Executive Creative Director at Mischief.


Guimaraes’ work and influence have been widely recognised—she has been named multiple times as Business Insider’s ‘30 Most Creative People in Advertising Under 30,’ and featured across lists including Adweek’s Creative 100, The Drum’s 50 Under 30, and Ad Age’s 40 Under 40. She has also been honoured as a Campaign US Female Frontier awardee and one of Ad Age’s Leading Women.


 A strong advocate for greater representation in the industry, she actively mentors emerging talent and hopes her journey encourages more women to pursue and sustain careers in advertising.


Alongside her work, she actively contributes to mentoring and nurturing emerging talent. She has served as a portfolio reviewer at platforms such as the 3% Conference, Pratt Pro Imagination Expo, Young Ones (One Show), and MAIP (4A’s) Greenhouse, and has mentored at initiatives like The One Club Creative Boot Camp and the Next Creative Leaders Mentorship Mixer, reflecting a continued commitment to shaping the next generation of creatives.
