Shagun Seda is a distinguished brand and content marketing leader with nearly two decades of experience in building, launching, and scaling global brands across diverse industries, including media & entertainment, consumer tech, FMCG, automotive, personal care, food & beverage, fashion, lifestyle, and financial services.


Former Senior Vice President & Head – Marketing, Creative Strategy & Communications for Sports at JioCinema, Shagun led marketing communications across sports and entertainment, shaping large-scale, culturally impactful campaigns. Prior to this, she served as Marketing Director at Netflix India, where she oversaw brand, films, and series marketing, playing a key role in defining the platform’s voice and market leadership in the country.


Her earlier career spans over 16 years in creative leadership roles at DDB Mudra and TBWA\India, where she delivered impactful campaigns rooted in deep consumer insight and bold creative thinking.


Recognised globally for her work, Shagun has won prestigious honours including Cannes Lions, One Show, Clio, D&AD, Spikes Asia, Effies, Kyoorius, and WARC. She has also served on juries for several leading creative and marketing effectiveness awards.

Shagun is passionate about integrated marketing—balancing data-driven strategy with compelling storytelling—and is known for building inclusive, interdisciplinary teams. Her expertise spans creative strategy, brand building, and content-led marketing.
