Shray Chawla is one of the founding Executive Creative Directors at Restless, the agile content division launched by MagicCircle Communications in March 2025.


With over 14 years of experience spanning advertising, publishing, and branded content, Shray brings a deep understanding of storytelling across digital platforms.


Prior to joining Restless, Shray held the position of Group Creative Director (formerly Senior Creative Director) at Dentsu Webchutney, where he oversaw digital campaigns and brand activations. He also led content strategy and branded editorial efforts at Fork Media, Times Internet (IndiaTimes), and ScoopWhoop. Among his notable projects is the 'Samsung X Curly Tales | EPIC In My City' campaign, which showcased the Galaxy S21+’s 8K Video Snap feature across eight Indian cities.


Shray’s creative philosophy is rooted in the belief that strong ideas must "don’t just survive—but thrive in this chaos of distraction”. He emphasizes adaptability and longevity: great ideas should transcend formats—whether print, digital, or viral content.
