Nandini Shrikent is one of India's most established casting directors, with over two decades of experience across feature films, streaming series, international productions, and advertising. She is the Co-founder of Kabiku Productions. Originally aspiring to work in the art department, her journey into casting began with Lakshya (2004), marking the start of a career that has helped shape some of the most celebrated ensembles in contemporary Indian cinema.

Over the years, Nandini has become a trusted collaborator for filmmakers including Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti, known for her instinctive approach to identifying talent and building authentic, character-driven casts. Alongside Indian productions, she has also contributed to international projects, bringing Indian casting expertise to global cinema.
