Mona Singh

Mona Singh is an Indian actress who works across Hindi television, films, and web series. She gained recognition with the lead role of Jasmeet “Jassi” Walia in Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin (2003–2006), for which she received multiple television awards and became one of the higher-paid actors on Hindi television at the time.

Born in Chandigarh, Singh began her career on television before moving into reality programming and hosting. She won the first season of the dance competition Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa and later hosted several entertainment shows. Her subsequent television roles included Kya Huaa Tera Vaada, Pyaar Ko Ho Jaane Do, and Kavach… Kaali Shaktiyon Se, further cementing her name in Hindi television.

Singh made her film debut with a supporting role in Rajkumar Hirani’s 3 Idiots (2009). She later appeared in projects such as Zed Plus, Amavas, and Laal Singh Chaddha (2022). In recent years, she has also worked on streaming platforms, featuring in series including Yeh Meri Family, Kehne Ko Humsafar Hain, and Mission Over Mars. Her performance in Made in Heaven earned her the Filmfare OTT Award for Best Supporting Actress in a drama series.

Her recent projects include Happy Patel: Khatarnak Jasoos (2026), Border 2, and Subedaar. She continues to work across film, television, and streaming productions.
