Harinder Singh Pelia is a marketer, author, and founder of the 10Xer Club—a platform focused on upskilling and connecting India’s marketing professionals. He is also pursuing a PhD in marketing at XLRI Jamshedpur. Pelia is best known for his sharp insights into marketing psychology, personal branding, and career growth, which he shares through his writing, speaking engagements, and strong presence as a LinkedIn Top Voice and TEDx speaker.
He holds an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and completed a student exchange in management at Nottingham Business School. His early career began in brand and marketing roles at companies such as Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and Carrier Midea, before moving into larger leadership roles.
Over the years, Pelia has led marketing for major brands including Amazon Fashion, Ajio Luxe, and Diesel India, shaping strategies across e-commerce, luxury, and consumer behaviour.
Pelia is the author of ‘The Psychology of Marketing’ and ‘Who the F**k Are You’, a self discovery book. His books explore how marketing influences decision-making and how individuals can stand out in competitive environments.
