Fernando Machado is a globally recognized marketing leader with a track record of driving business growth through creativity and innovation. He currently serves as an Operating Partner at Garnett Station Partners (GSP), a private equity firm with investments exceeding $2 billion in the fast-food, pet care, and service industries. He is also a Senior Marketing Advisor at NotCo, an AI-driven plant-based food tech company, and a Board Member at Braze, a leading consumer engagement platform valued at over $5.5 billion.

Previously, Fernando was the Chief Marketing Officer at Activision Blizzard, where he led marketing for some of the most iconic gaming franchises, including Call of Duty, World of Warcraft, Diablo, Overwatch, and Candy Crush. Prior to that, he spent seven years at Restaurant Brands International (RBI), transforming brands like Burger King, Popeyes, and Tim Hortons through purpose-driven marketing, sustainability initiatives, digital innovation, and product development.

With an 18-year career at Unilever, Fernando played a pivotal role in shaping global campaigns, including the award-winning Dove "Real Beauty Sketches" campaign. His creative leadership has earned him over 160 Cannes Lions (including 8 Grand Prix and 2 Titanium Grand Prix), 24 D&AD Yellow Pencils, a D&AD Black Pencil, and multiple Grand Effies in North America.
