Anindya Banerjee currently serves as Head of Creative at Publicis Health India, where he leads the creative vision for the healthcare and wellness-focused arm of the network. He stepped into this role in February 2022, reporting to Dorelle Kulkarni, SVP of the unit, and plays a pivotal part in driving the agency’s growth in both strategy and creative output.


Anindya’s name is familiar across top advertising houses in India. He began his career as a copywriter at Contract Advertising and further shaped his expertise through roles at Ogilvy, Publicis, L&K Saatchi & Saatchi, and Scarecrow M&C Saatchi. Later, he joined FCB Ulka as the Executive Creative Director.


During his three-year ECD tenure at FCB Ulka, he oversaw prominent campaigns including Times of India’s "Out & Proud", an impactful initiative supporting LGBTQ+ representation in India, which received widespread acclaim.


His signature campaigns include Times of India – “Out & Proud”. Anindya has also led campaigns for large Indian and international brands across sectors such as consumer goods, media, and finance.


Under Anindya’s creative leadership, campaigns have been recognized at the Cannes Lions, One Show, and Effies.


Anindya emphasizes storytelling that transforms conversations between brands and consumers. He shares,“I love creating ideas that change a conversation between a brand and the consumer. The medium is irrelevant.” His body of work reflects a strong belief in creative impact over format, making health and wellness an expanding frontier under his leadership.
