Tarun has a customer-centric approach that focuses on business profitability. He began his career in advertising after completing his MBA and transitioned to marketing after 5 years, eventually finding his calling in automotive marketing during his tenure at Mahindra & Mahindra. In 2008, he joined Škoda India, where he spent 15 years, including three years in Prague, Czech Republic. Jha has also worked with Mudra Communications, Ogilvy & Mather, and Videocon Group.
