Sunetro Lahiri


Chief Creative Officer of Glitch, India, Sunetro is responsible for leading creative across the country. With over a decade of experience in advertising, he has honed his skills in writing, design, visualisation, and filmmaking to create a diverse portfolio spanning various ad media. Sunetro's focus is on strategic premiumisation and purpose-driven humanisation of brands by building genuine consumer connections.


He has been instrumental in building some of the largest digital brands in India's FMCG industry, including Lakmé, Pond's, Tresemmé, Netflix, Disney+ Hotstar, and LinkedIn. Through his creative work, he strives to foster sustained conversations about diversity and inclusion. Sunetro is passionate about promoting progressive identities in gender, ethnicity, faith, and other underrepresented segments of society.


As an openly queer individual, Sunetro contributes to the community by creating content that sparks conversations on topics that are not typically discussed in the Indian context. He hosts a podcast that sheds light on queer issues, serves as co-chair for WPP Unite's India chapter, and advocates for updating beauty standards to reflect the true, authentic reality.
