Founder and CEO at Wondrlab India, With over two decades of experience in building and partnering with world-renowned brands, Saurabh made the decision to leave the corporate world in late 2019 to become an entrepreneur. He is now focused on a mission to create the largest communication start-up in the country.
Previously, Saurabh led all the agencies under the Publicis Communications gamut in South Asia, including Leo Burnett India, Leo Burnett Orchard, Publicis India, Publicis Beehive, L&K Saatchi & Saatchi, MSLGROUP, Indigo Consulting, Publicis.Sapient, Digitas, Arc Worldwide, and Prodigious.
Saurabh was appointed as the CEO of Leo Burnett Group India in November 2013. In late 2014, he was elevated to CEO of the Leo Burnett Group across South Asia, and in 2016, he was named CEO of Publicis Communications, South Asia. Additionally, he presides over the APAC Effectiveness Council and is a part of Leo Burnett's global HumanKind Counsel.Prior to leading the South Asia region, Saurabh served as the Chief Strategy Officer for Leo Burnett APAC, where he worked on brands across 16 countries. A recipient of numerous awards, he has also judged prestigious award shows such as Cannes Lions, Spikes Asia, and the AMEs.
Saurabh's love for brands is a true passion that shines when he seeks to understand people's behavior and what drives it. He enjoys a good argument as much as his morning cup of tea, especially if it involves the future of agencies, teams, and communities. He also has a deep appreciation for myth, archetypes, and fantasy, and relishes a good plot twist.
