Raylin Valles

Raylin Valles is the Founder and Director at Ducktape, a production company based in Mumbai.

Raylin began his career in advertising agencies, building his foundation in brand communication and creative strategy.

In 2007, he served as Creative Group Head at Publicis Communication, after which he moved on to become Creative Director at DDB India. He then held the position of Executive Creative Director at McCann Erickson, India.

His transition from agency to production came through his role as Partner and Director at 10 Films, where he first stepped into direction. His years in advertising gave him a deep understanding of storytelling, branding, and audience insight, all of which now reflect in his style. With a keen eye for detail and a natural instinct for humour, Raylin's work is often marked by crisp visuals. This was particularly evident in his film for Steadfast, titled 'Arms Deal', which received a Silver metal for Direction at the Good Ads Matter Awards 2025.

Some of his other notable works include Snickers ft. Rohit Shetty, Candid Dusting Powder, Amazon campaigns, and Steadfast’s 'Dirty Money' among others. Over the years, Raylin has collaborated with a wide range of brands, including Steadfast, Candid, Pepsi, Amazon, Google, Snickers, P&G, Volkswagen, Unilever, and Sony to name a few.
