Agnello Dias is a prominent Indian advertising professional and the Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Taproot Dentsu. He is widely regarded as one of the most influential figures in the Indian advertising industry.
Dias began his advertising career with Clarion McCann in 1989 and has worked with several leading advertising agencies in India, including JWT India, Leo Burnett India, and Contract Advertising. He co-founded Taproot India in 2009, which was later acquired by Dentsu to become Taproot Dentsu. Dias has created several award-winning campaigns for brands such as Pepsi, Airtel, and The Times of India, among others. His work has won numerous awards, including several Cannes Lions, D&AD, and One Show awards.
Apart from his work in advertising, Dias is also an accomplished writer and has published several books, including "The ADVENT of a Miracle" and "The Doppelganger". He is known for his creative leadership and his ability to inspire and empower his team to deliver innovative and impactful campaigns.
