Zenobia is the Executive Creative Director at Ogilvy & Mather, Mumbai. She began her advertising career at Ogilvy & Mather Mumbai in 1994 as a trainee copywriter—a role that marked the start of a 20-year tenure at the same agency. Her brand storytelling spans categories and decades.


Her signature campaigns & work highlights are Dove – “Stop The Beauty Test” (#StopTheBeautyTest) where she led this compelling movement challenging societal beauty norms. The campaign won a Cannes Lions Grand Prix and ranked as a Gold Effie 2022 (Positive Change: Social Good – APAC), leading to measurable uplifts in brand love and consideration.


A socially resonant “The Popcorn Story” campaign where mothers were encouraged to share stories of sexual harassment with their sons—struck a critical chord in conversations around consent and gender respect at home.Her Pond’s “Jhappi” Campaign reflected how skin care can feel like a comforting hug. She also worked on Breakthrough India – National Daughters Day: A deeply moving initiative featuring fathers urging others to invest in their daughters’ education and futures—a powerful cultural communication. Not to mention the sensorial delight - Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk “Kiss Me” variant launch.


Zenobia’s creative excellence has been recognized through both jury roles and awards. She judged key international creative and craft awards, including Cannes Lions Film Jury (2016) and D&AD New Blood. She was also honored with the Women Leadership Achievement Award 2016 by the World Women Leadership Congress.
