Vishwesh Krishnamoorthy is a Mumbai-based director at Corcoise Films, a production company known for its creative storytelling.


With over 15 years of experience, Vishwesh has built a diverse portfolio spanning advertising, television, and feature films. His journey began with music and drama during his college years, which led him to a career in journalism and subsequently to a role as a copywriter at Ogilvy. He later joined Viacom18, serving as a Promo Producer for MTV, VH1, and Comedy Central, where he received numerous awards for his work.


In 2011, Vishwesh was recognised as one of "Asia's Directors to Watch" at the Asia-Pacific AdFest in Phuket. The following year, he won his first Cannes Lion in Branded Content and Entertainment for The Dewarists, a documentary series blending travel and music for Dewar’s Whiskey.


Some of his notable projects include Subway Hotsellers – Genius, OYO – Assi Reach Gaye, Fanta Apple – Pied Piper, Sprite – Beach, and Livspace – Bedroom, among others.


His feature film directorial debut, 99 Songs (2019), is a musical romance co-written and produced by A. R. Rahman, exploring the journey of a struggling singer aspiring to become a successful music composer.


Vishwesh’s advertising work includes campaigns for brands such as Bournvita, Wildstone, Ashok Leyland, Aakash Byju’s, Subway, OYO, JSW Cement, Livespace, and Satyamev Jayate, among others.


Beyond his professional achievements, Vishwesh remains active in Mumbai’s theatre community and independent filmmaking circles, continuing to contribute to the creative landscape.
