Vinil has directed work for clients including Cadbury, Airtel, Vodafone, Nescafe, and Times of India, earning him industry-wide recognition.
At the Good Ads Matter Awards 2025, he served on the jury for the Music and Sound Design category.
In long format, Vinil made his Hindi feature debut in 2014 with Hasee Toh Phasee, which earned both critical and commercial success, followed by the acclaimed Netflix film Haseen Dilruba.
