Tyler Roth, a highly skilled colourist, is based at Company 3 Los Angeles and is virtually accessible through any Company 3 Virtual Outpost. His expertise lies in crafting stylised and distinctive looks for a wide range of clients, including commercials, episodic TV, music videos, and feature films. His work on various projects has earned awards and recognition at prestigious festivals like Sundance, Cannes, and SXSW, and he has collaborated with numerous renowned talents in the industry.


In the long-form category, Tyler's recent work includes the David Bowie IMAX experience "Moonage Daydream," directed by Oscar-nominated filmmaker Brett Morgen, and the highly acclaimed Amazon Prime show "The Terminal List," a Chris Pratt military thriller and the platform's highest-rated show to date. He also worked on the powerful Oscar-nominated documentary "Minding the Gap" for director/DP Bing Liu, the WW II-set dogfighting action film "Wolf Hound," and the thriller "Fatale," starring Hillary Swank and shot by the legendary Dante Spinotti, ASC, AIC. Additionally, Tyler served as an additional colourist on Marvel's "Black Widow" with Jill Bogdanowicz and Michael Bay's "Ambulance" with Stefan Sonnenfeld.


In the commercial sphere, Tyler Roth has coloured spots for top brands such as Cadillac, Morreale Paris, Oakley, GOLF le FLEUR*, and Modelo. His exceptional work on rapper Tyler, The Creator's project "Juggernaut" earned him the Color Grading trophy at the Berlin Commercial Awards. He also received a nomination for AICP's Post Awards in the Colour Grading category (Under :60) for the eye-catching Aston Martin spot "A New Dimension." Notable recent music video projects include collaborations with artists like Charlie Puth, Dua Lipa, Maluma, Kelly Rowland, and Marshmello.


Tyler Roth began his career as a colourist in 2006 in Chicago and later played a crucial role in establishing Company 3's facility in the same city in 2012. He led the Chicago studio before relocating to Los Angeles in 2018, where he continues to excel in his craft and deliver exceptional colour grading work.
