Sukriti Tyagi is a Mumbai-based director known for her unconventional and visually engaging approach to advertising.


A graduate in Film from the National Institute of Design, Sukriti began directing commercials while still at the institute, earning early recognition with the Mofilm Gold at Goafest for campaigns with brands like Pepsi and Coca-Cola.


With a background in design, Sukriti has crafted a distinctive directorial style, gravitating towards non-traditional formats and humour that sneaks in sideways. While she also dabbles in mixed media and photography, advertising remains her first love. Her process thrives on a free-flowing ecosystem of design and film—an exchange that often finds its way into her storytelling.


Bringing a vibrant energy and quirky style to her filmmaking, Sukriti infuses her commercials with humour, relatability, and a distinct visual edge. At the Good Ads Matter Awards 2025, her lively, humorous direction for WokTok – “Chinese, Par Apne Style Se” earned the campaign Gold in Direction (Humour) along with three Silvers across other categories.


Some of her notable works include: WokTok – “Chinese, Par Apne Style Se”, Sleepycat – “The Slap in the Face We All Need”, Meta brand films, Burger King campaign featuring Hrithik Roshan, Haier – Family, Bingo “Mad Angle”, Spotify and Dream11 films.


Over the years, she has collaborated with leading production houses and partnered with a diverse roster of brands, including Meta, Burger King, Spotify, Dream11, Instagram, Redmi, Bingo (“Mad Angle”), and Haier, among others.
