Sonal Dabral is a prominent Indian advertising professional and creative consultant who was previously the Group Chief Creative Officer and Vice Chairman at Ogilvy India. He is widely regarded as one of the most talented and influential figures in the Indian advertising industry.
Dabral began his advertising career with Lintas India (now MullenLowe Lintas Group) in 1985 and has worked with several leading advertising agencies in India and globally, including Ogilvy & Mather, DDB Mudra Group, and Bates CHI&Partners. He has created several award-winning campaigns for brands such as Pepsi, Tata Motors, and Volkswagen, among others. His work has won numerous awards, including several Cannes Lions, D&AD, and One Show awards.
Apart from his work in advertising, Dabral is also an accomplished writer and poet. He has published several books, including "A Spicy Life: Stories of Daring, Decadence & Innovation" and "Greater than the Mountains Was He", a collection of poems.
