Sneha Khanwalkar, an Indian music director renowned for her work in films, gained prominence for her score in "Oye Lucky! Lucky Oye!" and the acclaimed "Gangs of Wasseypur Part 1" and "Part 2."


Born and raised in Indore, her early exposure to the Gwalior gharana of Hindustani classical music through her mother's family shaped her musical upbringing.


Nominated in the Best Music Director category at the 58th Filmfare Awards for "Gangs of Wasseypur Part 1" and "Part 2," she holds the distinction of being the second woman to receive this nomination, following Usha Khanna after a span of 28 years.
