With over 17 years in advertising, Shikha Gupta is a highly respected Freelance Creative Director, known for her sharp storytelling and ability to elevate even modest budgets with bold ideas.
In November 2024, she soft-launched her own creative agency, currently running with a compact “jugaadu” team of 3.5, including herself. Their first client is super.money.
Shikha has held leadership roles in both agency and brand-side environments: Creative Head, Slice, Creative Director, Swiggy, where she defined communication for Swiggy Instamart, Swiggy Genie, and crafted memorable campaigns like Voice of Hunger. She emphasized that even unconventional ideas—“silly and fun”—resonate deeply.
Prior roles include tenures at Bliss Club, where she led edgy campaigns like Bitchclub 2.0 and Aliens Vs. Women; and agency stints at Urban Ladder, Rediffusion Y&R, ideas@work, and Grey Worldwide.
She was named among Impact Magazine’s Top 50 Most Influential Women (2020). She also bagged a Gold at the Good Ads Matter Awards 2025 under the Best Ad Film (Online) category for her work on Zivame's "Museum of Boobs".
Shikha is a strategist with a copywriter’s heart. In her own words: "I write. … I’ve learned that the size of the idea doesn’t need to get impacted by the size of your wallet.”
