In 2011, Rick co-founded banda, a creative agency based in Ukraine, which held the top position in the industry for four consecutive years. Additionally, they have been honored as the most creative agency in Central and Eastern Europe by the Epica Awards and received the prestigious Red Dot Agency of the Year title.
Since 2021, banda has expanded its operations to Los Angeles and London, further solidifying their presence in the global creative landscape.
