Rajdatta brings nearly two decades of experience in advertising and design, presently serving as an Independent Creative Director and Consulting Group Creative Director at FCB Ulka, where he helps shape brand stories across art direction and visual design. He is also building his own boutique studio called 'Unherd'.
Earlier in his career, Rajdatta led creative teams on high-stakes campaigns for iconic brands including Tata Motors, Reliance Smart, and JioMart, working under various agency banners and demonstrating an ability to deliver meaningful and scalable creative solutions.
In 2020, Rajdatta was part of the core team behind the celebrated Amul 90% Dark campaign, crafting evocative visual storytelling that brought the mysterious allure of dark chocolate to life through intricate artistic interpretation.
He also contributed art direction to Tata Trusts' “Two Bins Life”, a powerful social sustainability initiative, and “The Open Door Project” for The Millennium School, both of which earned recognition at award platforms including Cannes Lions (Gold & Bronze among them).
Rajdatta’s creative leadership has been acknowledged with roles on industry juries, including serving as an Indian representative on the Grand Jury of the New York Festivals Advertising Awards in 2019.
