Niyoti Upadhye is a production designer and interior stylist whose career spans over 20 years across film, advertising, and styling. Her work reflects a deep passion for storytelling through space—transforming sets into visual characters that enhance narrative.

Niyoti’s journey in the industry began as a production assistant in the early 2000s. Over time, she explored multiple roles—assisting in direction, post-production, animation, and wardrobe styling—before finding her calling in production design.

Having collaborated with renowned production houses like Chrome Pictures, Roger That Productions, Offroad Films, and Lensflare Films, Niyoti’s creative footprint is seen in notable brand campaigns for Whisper, Spotify, Domino’s, Lotus Herbals, and Airbnb, among others.

She co-founded The One Props, a successful prop rental store in Mumbai, curating evolving design trends for filmmakers and stylists. For her, every project is a chance to build an entirely new world—one that viewers don’t just see but also feel, live in, and remember. She has also designed a couple of AirBnbs for The One.

Whether it’s a dreamy Airbnb home or a socially driven campaign like Whisper’s The Missing Chapter, Niyoti brings sensitivity, texture, and vision to every frame she touches.
