Matthieu Toullet


Matthieu Toullet, an experienced colorist with over 15 years of expertise in major international commercial campaigns and acclaimed feature films, is based at Company 3 London. Previously associated with the Mill/MPC since 2014, he brought his exceptional eye for detail and extensive technical knowledge to award-winning spots for renowned brands.


Toullet's talent was recognised with the inaugural Gold Cannes Lion in Film Craft: Colour Correction/Grading for Burberry's "Festive," and he also handled colour grading for the Ciclope Gold Award-winning "The Others" commercial for Volkswagen. Additionally, his outstanding work on Volvo's "The Birdman" earned him the Gold at Creative Circle.


Collaborating with top-tier directors from production companies like Megaforce, Si&Ad, Traktor, and many others, Matthieu Toullet continues to deliver remarkable color grading for various projects. Recently, he contributed his expertise to the inspirational documentary "Name Me Lawand," directed by Edward Lovelace and lit by DP Ben Fordesman, scheduled for release by BFI Distribution in the UK and Ireland from July 7, 2023.


Toullet's passion for colour emerged during his time at Digital District in Paris before he made his mark in London. His inspiration stems from diverse types of photography, allowing him to work across multiple genres. His exceptional work has received recognition at various awards and festivals, including the feature film "Brian & Charles" directed by British filmmaker Jim Archer, which earned an award nomination and garnered praise at the 2022 Sundance International Film Festival.


With his remarkable skills and artistic vision, Matthieu Toullet continues to make a significant impact in the world of color grading.
