Co-founded in 2022 by Arvind Krishnan, former Managing Director at BBH India, and Prajato Guha Thakurta, former National Creative Director at Leo Burnett India, Manja provides full-funnel solutions, empowering and building brands in the digital landscape.


With over two decades of experience in the advertising industry, Krishnan brings a wealth of knowledge, while Projo has spent around 18 years with agencies like McCann Worldgroup, DDB Mudra, and Wunderman Thompson. Together, they have crafted versatile campaigns, keeping artistic and strategic decisions at the forefront.


Manja's understanding of internet trends, and shifts in linguistics and behaviours of the new-age demographics is evident in their narratives, which are both insight-driven as well as humorous and contextual.


Some of their notable works include Amazon Prime 'An Epic Showdown', Mahindra 'Kargil Diwas', Ajio x Shakti Kapoor & Shraddha Kapoor, Starbucks X Netflix Archies, Netflix x KitKat ft. Ayushmann Khurrana. Recently, at the Good Ads Matter Awards, India '25, Manja bagged a silver for Mahindra Group 'Mahindra For Planet | Zaheerabad Automotive Factory', and another silver and a bronze for Native RO by Urban Company 'Filter to Pagal Hai'.


The agency has also collaborated with brands such as Times of India, The Economic Times, Disney+ Hotstar, Nykaa and Snapdragon among others.
