Hana Knizova, originally from the Czech Republic and currently based in London, is a photographer who embarked on her professional journey in 2010 at the London College of Communications, where she pursued an MA in photography. Her editorial work has graced the pages of renowned publications such as Elle, Dazed & Confused, Vogue Italia, SLEEK art, and The Telegraph. Notably, her conceptual and deeply personal series of portraits captured the attention of designer Stella McCartney.
Under titles like "Young Hollywood," "Family Matters," and "Couple Exchange," Hana has created exclusive works that showcase her ability to establish a profound connection with her subjects. Her visual language delves into themes of identity, personal aspirations, and psychological depths, all conveyed through a natural and intimate aesthetic. Hana's work is frequently exhibited and has garnered international acclaim, including the prestigious John Kobal New Work Award presented by the National Portrait Gallery in London in 2013. In 2019, she was honored with the Photographer of the Year award by the Czech Grand Design.
