Gayathri Smitha is a Bengaluru-based casting director and the founder of Insaights Casting, with extensive experience across advertising, digital campaigns, tourism films, and branded content. Before moving into casting, she worked as a producer, associate producer, assistant director, and costume stylist, experiences that continue to inform her understanding of performance, storytelling, and production.

Over the years, Gayathri has cast more than 200 advertising campaigns, collaborating with leading brands, agencies, and production houses on projects across India and international markets. Her work spans celebrity-led campaigns as well as talent discovery, with a casting approach shaped by the creative and narrative requirements of each project.
