Arijit Sengupta is a National Creative Director (South region) at Dentsu Creative Webchutney, where he champions hands-on creative leadership under the company’s "DIY" philosophy—an approach that encourages leaders to not only direct but actively create and innovate. He joined this elevated role in early 2025 as part of a strategic restructuring to bring creative leadership closer to execution.


With over 15 years in the advertising industry, Arijit’s journey includes creative leadership at FCB Ulka, where he held the role of Group Creative Director, preceded by senior creative positions at JWT Delhi among other top agencies.


Arijit is best known for his work on the Google India campaign “Internet Sathi Story”, created with FCB Ulka, which advanced digital literacy for millions of women across India and earned noteworthy recognition.


Beyond this landmark campaign, his creative portfolio includes other celebrated works such as “#NoConditionsApply” for The Times of India and “The Thread” for Peerless Hospital under JWT Kolkata—each reflecting his storytelling depth and cultural resonance.


He has also contributed to the creative community as a jury member for notable industry awards, including One Show Young Ones and D&AD New Blood, further demonstrating his influence within the global creative ecosystem.
