She holds a postgraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication, New Delhi, and has amassed over 12 years of experience in advertising, with tenure at renowned agencies like Wunderman Thompson, Dentsu Aegis Network, and Cheil Worldwide.
Anindita has led the launch and relaunch of several high-profile brands, including: AirAsia India, Lifestyle Stores, Aster Hospitals, IKEA, Maruti, Max Healthcare, and Samsung. She created the impactful ‘Donate a Face’ campaign for acid attack survivors, which sparked a crucial public conversation and supported efforts toward free medical treatment—culminating in a historic Supreme Court directive.
