Aarti Srinivasan serves as the Executive Creative Director and Copywriter at BBH India, where she leads multidisciplinary teams that craft compelling and inclusive brand narratives across media platforms.


With more than 16 years in advertising, Aarti’s journey spans key editorial and creative leadership roles at top agencies—including Ogilvy, BBDO India, L&K Saatchi & Saatchi, and Group Creative Director at MullenLowe Lintas. Across these tenures, she built a reputation for authentic storytelling that challenges stereotypes and advances inclusivity.


Her breakthrough campaign, #ShareTheLoad for Ariel, earned global recognition as the Glass Award for Change (Grand Prix) at Spikes Asia 2019, stirring social conversation and acclaim for its emotional resonance. At MullenLowe, she also led a standout Housing.com campaign featuring Manoj Bajpayee and Rajkummar Rao that became a digital sensation for its clever use of celebrity voice.


At BBH, she now spearheads creative work for brands such as Mahindra Racing, CaratLane, Roposo, and Marico, guiding them with modern, insightful, and refreshingly crafted brand communication.


In recognition of her strategic and creative leadership, she earned the title "Growth Driver of the Year" at Lowe’s People Excellence Awards in 2020 for winning critical AOR pitches


Aarti was also a judge for the One Asia Creative Awards via The One Club for Creativity.


Outside the agency scene, Aarti channels her passion for inclusive storytelling into volunteering with The Community Library Project (TCLP). Through read-aloud sessions and setting up mini-libraries, she brings diverse picture books to over 5,000 underserved children—championing representation and empathy through literature.
