Aakash Bhatia is the Co-founder and Director of LoudMouth Film.
The filmmaker from Bombay is known for its daring, visually dynamic storytelling. Aakash started his filmmaking career with a hybrid documentary that doubled up as a music video.
Titled Suburban King/Top-Girl, the film had its world premiere at the prestigious SXSW Film Festival in Austin, Texas. The film's European premiere was at IDFA, Amsterdam, and it went on to be screened at festivals across the globe. He is also the producer of Buddha.mov, which has played at Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival in Estonia, Ann Arbor Film Festival, MAMI Mumbai, amongst others.
At the Good Ads Matter Awards 2025, Aakash Bhatia's films won a total of seven metals, including three Silvers for Neeraj x Samsung in the Film Craft categories of Direction, Sound Design, and Colour Grade, and three Silvers for Zaheerabad x Mahindra in Cinematography, Editing, and Creative – CSR. The work for Netflix x Parivar won Goldunder the Creative, Festive Advertising category.
Some of his notable works includes ad for brands like Google X Anmol, Royal Enfield ‘Classic’, Mahindra ‘Zaheerabad’, TATA IPL, Star Sports T20 World Cup, Neeraj Chopra x Samsung, Netflix x Parivar, and the Royal Enfield Classic 350 launch, among many others.
He made his Bollywood debut in 2022 with the critically acclaimed Netflix feature film Looop Lapeta, produced by Ellipses Entertainment and Sony Pictures. He has also directed the second season of the Emmy-nominated series Inside Edge, an Amazon Originals show produced by Excel Entertainment.
His client roster features names like Netflix, Google, Hotstar, Samsung, Budweiser, and Mahindra. Google, Royal Enfield, Budweiser, Mahindra ‘Rise’, Star Sports, TATA IPL, Netflix, Puma, YouTube, Volkswagen, Uber, Amazon, Becks, and KFC, to name a few.
