The Madurai-born individual arrived in Chennai in 2008, initially enrolled in an engineering program, but eventually switched to a course in Visual Communication and became involved in singing at various cultural events organized by the college.
While primarily a singer, they eventually transitioned into music direction and began composing music for jingles and short films.
Vicky Balasubramanian has composed music for some of the most prestigious and renowned brands like Asian Paints, Swiggy, Tata Play Secure+, Maggi, Surf Excel and GSquare Housing, etc. and contributed significantly to the success of their campaigns.
