Toby Allen

Toby Allen, currently a partner at The&Partnership, where he reset agency’s creative vision and rebuilt the creative department. In first 18 months, lead The&Partnership to its first U.K. AOTY title in 15 years, at Gerety awards. Further awards in integrated film social experiential and craft at One Show British Arrows and Creative Circle.

Toby has gained recognition for his transformative work alongside creative partner Jim Hilson at Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO. They spearheaded a five-year transformation of the Bodyform account, challenging societal taboos and empowering women. Their efforts included establishing the agency's academy to increase diversity, with 80% of hires being women, shaping the agency's diversity policy, and supporting initiatives like Free the Bid.

During his time at AMV, he received the No 1 Creative Directors in World Creative Rankings 2019, with D&AD Black Pencil, back-to-back Cannes Titanium Lions and a career haul of over 20 Grand Prix at Cannes, One Show, Clios and other global awards. 100% new business record.
