Sujoy Roy is the Chief Creative Officer at Ogilvy North, India—India's largest and most awarded integrated communications agency to date.

Sujoy's association with Ogilvy started in 2003, when he joined Phoenix Ogilvy, Sri Lanka, as a copywriter, continuing his stint for the following eight years and taking on the role of Creative Head. He then moved to Ogilvy India, where he rose from the role of group creative director to the Chief Creative Officer of North, in the span of 14 years.

Over the course of his career, Sujoy has adopted a style of narrative that is both quiet and utter in the message it communicates. He knows when to tackle sensitive social topics delicately and when to speak his truth unapologetically—always staying true to the brand as well as Ogilvy's genius.

Some of Sujoy's most notable work are Coca-Cola 'The Real Magic of Pujo', Asian Paints 'Dugga Elo Ghawrey', Eveready Siren Torch #AwaazUthaneyKaPower, and Mother Dair 'Aai Jaisi Mumbai'. Among his brand portfolio are also Bengal Tourism, Nestlé, Unilever, Marico, ITC, Zandu, MP Birla, and Pantaloons.

Additionally, Sujoy is the founder and head of the Ogilvy Design Cell, which he leads across Ogilvy India. Over the years, he has had his work recognised at the likes of Cannes Lions, Clio, One Show, the London International Festival, Ad Fest Asia Pacific, Young Guns, and nearly every major advertising festival globally.
