Soham Rawal

Soham Rawal is a Creative Head, VFX Supervisor, and Senior Flame Artist with over a decade of experience in the media and entertainment industry. He has led projects across commercials, feature films, music videos, and OTT content, overseeing every stage of post-production—from breakdowns and budgeting to on-set supervision and final delivery.

He began his career as a VFX Supervisor and Senior Flame Artist at Prime Focus World, later taking on roles such as Creative Head / VFX Supervisor at Boutique Digital and Ad Film Director & Creative Director at Prime Focus World. Soham went on to head creative at After Studios and is currently engaged as Creative Head with DNEG on a freelance basis.

His contributions have been recognised at international award platforms. He supervised VFX for SAAFKIN – #GiveHer5, which won Gold in the Glass Lions category at Cannes Lions 2017, and worked on Bajaj INS Vikrant – Nation’s Bike, which won Gold for Creative Effectiveness at the same festival. His film Mute was also shortlisted at Cannes Lions in the Film Craft category.

Some of his other notable projects include Appy Fizz – The One The Only, Adidas – You Got This, Royal Stag – Live It Large, Samsonite ft. Amitabh Bachchan, World Gold Council – You Are Gold, Hyundai – Tucson, and 100 Pipers, among many others. His client roster spans brands such as Appy Fizz, Adidas, Samsonite, BYJU’s, Olay, and Frooti, reflecting both his creative strategy and technical expertise in shaping high-quality campaigns.
