Before establishing his company, Shivam began his career as a Casting Assistant on Daddy and Trapped, later serving as Associate Casting Director on projects including Qarib Qarib Singlle, Raid, Batti Gul Meter Chalu, and Sacred Games (Season 2). Today, the company focuses on discovering and nurturing talent while building casts that align with each project's creative vision.
