Sandipan Bhattacharyya


Sandi has been in the advertising and communications industry for 22 years. He has worked with top networks such as Saatchi & Saatchi, BBDO, and GREY, which has helped shape his perspective on how advertising can make a positive impact on businesses and the world at large.


As the leader of GREY, Sandi has led the agency to numerous recognitions, including being ranked as the #2 Creative Agency in India by Campaign Brief Asia - The Work 2021 and The One Club Global Rankings 2021. They were also among the top 4 creative agencies in India according to the Cannes Global Creativity Report, 2019. Under his leadership, the agency has won multiple awards at Cannes, Spikes, One Show, Adfest, and Effie.


Sandi's work on campaigns such as P&G Gillette, Indian Air Force, Radio City, and Mahindra Rise has challenged gender roles, stereotypes, and empowered education in India and around the world. His campaigns, "Barbershop Girls" and "Man Enough," have achieved over 100 million views globally and are considered some of Gillette's most defining work. Sandi has also served as a jury member at Cannes Lions, Spikes APAC, and LIA.
