Roopak is the Founder & Executive Chairman of Bang Bang MediaCorp, a production company established in 2006.
At the Good Ads Matter Awards 2025, Roopak served as a jury member for the Creative, Culture & Collaboration category. BANG BANG’s work for YouTube India – ‘From Ganji to GenZ’ won in the Film Craft category for Costume, Hair & Makeup (Make-up).
Under his leadership, BANG BANG Mediacorp has produced a wide range of acclaimed campaigns, including Cadbury Gems ‘Opera’, Flipkart ‘Sa Sa Le Le’, Flipkart GOAT Sale, YouTube ‘Bald Witch’, Flipkart ‘Party’, and Britannia Nutrichoice ‘Office’. The company has also delivered impactful long-format content and branded campaigns for GoDaddy ft. Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Smallcase, Britannia 50-50, and Cadbury Gems.
Roopak has been featured in multiple editions of Campaign India’s A-List of the Most Influential People in India’s Advertising, Media & Marketing Industry, Campaign Asia-Pacific’s ‘40 Under 40’ in 2014, and IMPACT Magazine’s Digital Power 100 since 2014.
