Ritu Sharda is the Partner and Chief Creative Officer at Pravis, a tech-driven marketing agency, and the former Chief Creative Officer at Ogilvy.


Rit started her journey in advertising in the early 2000s, as a creative director at Publicis Advertising, where she served for seven years, before moving on to McCann Worldgroup, where she served as the Executive Creative Director of Asia Pacific. From 2016 to 2019, she was the Senior Executive Creative Director at BBDO.


With over 20 years of experience, Ritu has shaped brands like Mirinda, 7Up, McDonald’s, Samsung, Nestlé, Dabur, Mastercard, Coca-Cola, HP, Microsoft, Wrigley’s, Quaker Oats, SC Johnson, HBO, Pernod Ricard, BMW, Chevrolet, Honda, LG, Ford, KFC, Google, and many more.


Her creative leadership has produced impactful and commanding work in recent years, including #ReleaseThePressure for Mirinda, #StandByToughMoms for All Out, 'The Legacy Project' for 100 Pipers Whiskey, #SaveTheEvidence – DNA Fights Rape for 'Gordon Thomas Honeywell Governmental Affairs', and several powerful campaigns for Thums Up such as #PalatDe, #TaanePalatDe, #HarHaathToofan, and Thums Up 'Stump Cam'.


Ritu’s work has earned recognition at the the likes of Cannes Lions, The One Show, D&AD, The Andy’s, LIA, and Spikes Asia. She has also served on international juries, including Cannes Cyber Lions (2017), Adfest Asia Pacific (2018), and Effies APAC (2019 & 2021). In 2018, she was invited as a lead speaker at the Global 3% Conference, where she spoke on “How to Lead Like a Woman.”


Beyond advertising, Ritu, formerly coming from a background in Air Force, is a theatre actor, TV host, avid cyclist, and CrossFit enthusiast. Needless to say, he proactiveness, and the loud and proud dialogue for change reflects in the narratives she weaves.
