Richa is the Co-founder and Executive Producer at Qissé Films, which she established in 2021 alongside Director Luv Kalla.

An alumna of Amity University with a Master’s in Mass Communication and Media Studies (2011), Richa began her career as a Digital Marketing Writer before moving into marketing roles at Star TV and Burger King Corporation. She later spent six years at Sony Pictures Networks India, where she rose through multiple roles before venturing into film production.

At Qissé Films, Richa has been instrumental in producing campaigns such as Sunfeast’s All-Rounder, KFC’s Sanders Anna, MTV’s Soundtrippin, Swiggy’s Santa, KFC ft. Karan Johar, Mom's Magic, Burger King, Swiggy 'Language of Love,' and HDFC Car Insurance ft. Nawazuddin Siddiqui.

Her portfolio also includes collaborations with leading brands like Sunfeast, KFC, Swiggy, Ather, Burger King, Domino’s, and Philips, showcasing her expertise in blending brand storytelling with cultural resonance.
