Rahul Vengalil is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at Tgthr, a full-funnel independent creative agency founded in 2023, alongside Aalap Desai.

Rahul started his career in 2006, as thr Manager of Space Marketing at Technofirst. Later, in 2010, he joined Interactive Avenues as a Senior Account Manager, following which he started his stint at Isobar, where he served in the capacity of various roles such as Senior Group Head, Business Head, Chief Business Officer, and Managing Partner. During this time, he also founded his first venture, What Clicks. Before founding Tgthr, he briefly served as the Executive Director at Everest Bran Solutions.

Rahul's experience spans across diverse markets like automobile, fashion, consumer durables, real estate, retail, technology, and FMCG.

Driven by insight, value, and evoking a positive impact in both notions and action, Tgthr's notable campaigns include Battlegrounds Mobile India #KyaLagtaHai, NPCI x The Times of India 'Anti-scam Shala' and #ConmanVsCommonMan, and Ultraviolette 'UV Lync'. Their campaign for Harpic 'Loocator #BeFreeToPee' won them a silver at the Cannes Lions—becoming the youngest Indian agency to ever win a Cannes Lion.
