Nishant Saurabh is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Fundamental, a young and bold creative agency he founded in 2023, alongside his colleagues from DDB Mudra Group, Pallavi Chakravarti and Anand Murty.

Nishant started his career in 2011, as the Business Director at McCann Worldgroup, and then moved on to client servicing at Contract India. He has since served at many executive levels in agencies like Leo Burnett (Senior Vice President), TBWA\India (Head, Delhi), Grey Group (Branch Head), and DDB Mudra Group (Head of Business).

In his previous stints, Nishant had worked across brnads like Asian Paints, Coca-Cola, Nescafé, Microsoft, Minute Maid, Nissan, Airbnb, Meta, Stayfree, Oral-B.

With an aim to rekindle the spark in Indian advertising, he then set out to start their own venture on his own terms. Known for for simple yet impactful narratives, his work at Fundamental includes Urban Company 'Chhoti si Doori', Jockey 'JKY Groove', Airtel 'Roti, Kapda, Makaan, Wi-F', Facebook 'Get More Into What You're Into', Adidas x BCCI 'T20 Cricket World Cup', and WhatsApp 'Ranveer Singh Unlocked'. The agency's brand portolio also includes Amazon Prime, WeWork, and Parle.
