Neville Shah is the Chief Creative Officer at FCB Kinnect and FCB/SIX India—both falling under the umbrella of the global FCB network.
After graduating in Advertising and Mass Commincations from Symbiosis, Neville started his career in 2005, as a copy supervisor at TBWA\India from which he moved on to take the role of Group Head (Copy) at TBWA. He then served as the creative director at agencies like DDB Mudra, JWT, and Creativeland Asia, before starting his stint at Commonwealth as the Executive Creative Director of APAC. His current tenure at FCB was immediately preceded by a decade long stint at Ogilvy as the Senior Executive Director.
During Neville's time at Ogilvy, the agency was named among the world’s top agencies in global marketing publication Contagious' 2024 Pioneers list.
Throughout his career, he has helped shape the storytelling of some of India's most influential brands, including Mondelez, Bajaj Auto, Chevrolet, Standard Chartered Bank, Star Sports, and Amazon. His work has consistently earned global recognition, with wins across platforms such as D&AD, and The One Show, and Cannes Lions—including a Titanium Lion—where he has also served as a juror. He was, as well, on the jury of the Good Ads Matter Awards, India '35.
Beyond advertising, Neville is equally renowned as a stand-up comedian with two Amazon specials to his name. He also co-hosts two popular podcasts: one ranked among India’s top comedy podcasts, and another dedicated to the intersection of comedy and football.
Today, Neville continues to inspire as a multi-dimensional creative force, balancing sharp strategic thinking with a sharp sense of humor, and shaping culture both inside and outside the world of advertising.
