Navin Talreja is the Founding Partner at The Womb, an independent creative agency he founded in 2015, alongside Kawal Shoor.

Navin started his profession career in 1994 as a Senior Account Executive at RK Swamy/BBDO, a role he later continued at Ogilvy as well. After a 6-year-long stint at TDA DDB Dubai as the New Business Director, he rejoined Ogilvy as the Vice President of Account Management. He then took up the role of Chief Marketing Officer at Yes Bank before being promoted to the role of Senior Vice President, and shortly after, as President, back at Ogilvy.

During his 12-year-long stint at Ogilvy, Navin played an integral role in the agency's growth, also serving as a Board Member of Ogilvy India. Navin's storytelling has always been quirky, witty and engaging, building on relevant insights and data.

At Womb, he is behind campaigns like Fogg 'Kya Chal Raha Hai'," Truecaller 'Buri Nazar Wale Tera Call Laal', and Saregama's Carvaan, which was nominated in the Top 20 Product Innovations of the Year, Britannia Pure Magic 'Choco Stars', Mahindra "The SUV", Astral Pipes "Main Kisi Mein Farak Nahi Karta" and "Dadho Sutho" featuring Ranveer Singh. His clientele also includes brands like Sebamed, Piramal Finance, UpGrad, Scorpio, and Symphony Limited.

Over the course of a decade, the agency has helmed titles like the Independent Agency of the Year at Effie Asia '22. In WARC 100 2025 too, the Womb is ranked the No. 1 Independent Agency in Asia Pacific, No. 4 Independant Agency in the world, and among the Top 5 Agencies in Asia Pacific.

Recently, at the Good Ads Matter Awards, India '25, The Womb won a silver for Samco 'Traders ka Andekha Sach', and a bronze for Piramal Finance 'Aaiye Baat Karte Hain'.

Apart from his advertising career, Navin is an avid OTT and Theatre Actor, proving his multi-faceted prowess frequently in commercials and streaming shows.
