Navin Talreja

Co-Founder of The Womb, Talreja has over 30 years of experience, with 21 years spent leading business growth for clients.

He gained the trust, faith, and support of senior clients during his 15-year stint at Ogilvy, where he served on the Board of Ogilvy India and was the Head of the Ogilvy Mumbai and Kolkata offices from 2011 to 2015.

During his tenure, the Mumbai office achieved double-digit top and bottom-line growth every year, won several Agency of the Year titles at the Campaign Asia Awards, and was ranked by Adweek as one of the "Top 10 Agencies creating the Most Exciting work in the world". The office was also ranked "Most Effective Agency office in the World" in 2013 and in the top 3 in 2014/2015. Navin has led integrated modern marketing campaigns for several notable brands such as Google, Volkswagen, HSBC, Cadbury, Ponds, Emirates Airlines, and SONY.

Navin is the Co-Founder of The Womb, which he manages along with his partner Kawal Shoor. The Womb is a six-year-old agency that focuses on delivering business results for clients. Before discussing brand, the agency prioritizes discussing business to create a plan with senior client personnel. This approach has attracted 15 clients who share the agency's values of Integrity, Imagination, and Empathy. The Womb has created some culture-defining work for Fogg (Kya Chal Raha Hai) and Saregama (Carvaan), which was nominated in the "Top 20 Product Innovations of the year" and also won the "Most Effective Campaign in the World".
