Navin Shetty began his career in the 1990s at Adlabs Films Pvt. Ltd., later contributing his expertise at major post-production houses such as Prime Focus, Prasad Films, and Pixion Post. In 2015, he founded Nube Studio (@nubestudio.in), a high-end post-production facility specializing in color grading and CG/VFX for films, commercials, and web series.
Over his illustrious career, Navin has graded and supervised projects spanning over 10,000 TV commercials for top brands including BMW, Swigyy, Spotify, L’Oréal, Truecaller and Colgate. His feature film work includes critically acclaimed titles like Omkara, Kaminey, Badhaai Ho, Kahaani 2, and Action Hero, while his web series portfolio features hits such as Aarya and Ray.
Beyond Nube, Navin was managing director of Ventana Studios, focusing on CG & VFX pipelines for commercial sets, and he launched Nubecirrus, a dedicated studio for long-form DI, VFX, and mastering. His recent color grading projects include Gehraiyaan, Aadujeevitham: The Goat Life, Do Patti, and Mismatched 3.
Navin also co-founded Fundamental Pictures with filmmaker Shlok Sharma, producing innovative films such as Zoo (India’s first iPhone-shot feature), Cargo, Two Sisters and a Husband, and Privacy.
A visionary in post-production, Navin collaborates closely with industry leaders like Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane, constantly pushing creative and technical boundaries.
